TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Eligibility

This Campaign is open to legal residents of Singapore. 

Entry Period

• The promotion starts on November 1^st, 2024 and ends March 31st, 2025. 
• Entries received outside of this period will not be considered. 

How to participate:

• Spot Rheem Bus Ads and snap a fanstatic photo of the Ads.
• Follow our Rheem Singapore Facebook Page.
• Share your snapshot and tag 3 of your friends on our Facebook Giveaway Post.

Winners

• The winner(s) shall be selected and notified on the final day of each month until the campaign concludes.
• The winner(s) will be notified via: Social Media 

• If a winner cannot be contacted within 1 week of the announcement or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, another winner will be selected within two weeks. 
• Confirmed winners must claim their prizes within the stated time frame. Otherwise, the prizes will be forfeited after the period has lapsed. 
• Each winner is entitle to one time winning only.

Prize

• The prize(s) is/are $50 eCapitaVoucher per winner per month. Four lucky winners will be selected each month

• The prize(s) is/are non-transferable and non-refundable. 
• No cash or other substitution for the prize(s) will be offered. 
• The winner(s) are solely responsible for any taxes and additional costs associated with the prize(s). 
• Vouchers that are given out are going to be valid from [Dates]. Validity dates on the vouchers are fixed and non-changeable. 
• Terms and conditions for each and every prize remain. Lucky winners are to refer to and abide by all the details stated in these terms and conditions. 

Data Sharing

• By entering the Campaign, you agree to allow Rheem to collect, use, and disclose your personal information for the following purposes, in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA): 

• To administer the Campaign and contact the winner(s). 
• To send you promotional emails or newsletters (with an unsubscribe option).  

• We will not share your personal information with any third-party companies without your consent, except as necessary to administer the Campaign or comply with Singapore law.  
• You can review our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information, and your rights under the PDPA. 

Additional Terms

• Rheem reserves the right to cancel or modify the Lucky Draw at any time without notice. 
• All Staff under the employment of Rheem Singapore is not eligible for this Lucky Draw. If drawn, they will be disqualified. 
• By entering the Lucky Draw, you grant Rheem the non-exclusive right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without any further compensation. 
• All decisions and results by Rheem shall be deemed final. 

• You agree to release and hold harmless Rheem and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their officers, directors, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to the Lucky Draw or the use of the prize(s). 

Government Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed by the laws of Singapore
